Tayport Distillery’s Wild Rose Gin is a premium gin made in a London Dry style. Our Wild Rose Gin has fresh and delicate botanical flavours coming through which are inspired by our surroundings. Tayport Distillery has created a local Fife gin, that encapsulates the essence of a Scottishsummertime.

Our Rose Gin is distilled, bottled and labelled on-site by our team. Once all the botanicals have been gathered and foraged, we carefully measure them out and soak the tougher botanicals for 24 hours.Wild Rose is plucked from the banks of the Tay River and placed in a basket just above our hardier botanicals in our innovative still called ‘Mamó’, read on to hear about our family traditions brought into our distillery.
